The GutCyc portal system provides a comprehensive collection of MetaPathways output and extracted Environmental Pathway/Genome Databases (ePGDBs) constructed from environmental sequence information on a global scale and enables new forms of integrated analysis supporting research at the interface of microbial ecology, human health and biological engineering.
